Profile Manager

Users can create, edit and delete multiple profiles that alter the settings of their phone. The scheduler automatically activates which profile should be used at any given time, date or even at which level of remaining battery power.

Application Permissions:

Internet- Allows applications to open network sockets.

Read phone state- Allows read only access to phone state.

Access coarse location- Allows an application to access coarse (e.g., Cell-ID, WiFi) location

Mount unmount filesystems- Allows mounting and unmounting file systems for removable storage.

Access wifi state- Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks

Change wifi state- Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state

Wake lock- Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming

Write settings- Allows an application to read or write the system settings.

Bluetooth admin- Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices

Bluetooth- Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices

Read sync settings- Allows applications to read the sync settings

Write sync settings- Allows applications to write the sync settings

Write apn settings- Allows applications to write the apn settings

Get tasks- Allows an application to get information about the currently or recently running tasks: a thumbnail representation of the tasks, what activities are running in it, etc.

Vibrate- Allows access to the vibrator
